Material examined. Many individuals collected throughout the year.
Distribution. Cosmopolitan.
Remarks. E. briggsi and E. californicus were taken at many sites. In dry vegetation they were common on broad-leafed foliage (e.g. Acaciamelanoxylon and Myoporuminsulare), andwerenumerous on dead Eucalyptus foliage from both dry and wet forests.
