Synonym of Panstrongylus lutzi (Neiva & Pinto) View in CoL
Etymology. The species name is given in homage to Dr. Adolpho Lutz, who has contributed so much to the development of parasitology in Brazil ( Neiva & Pinto 1923c: 75).
Original citation. “ O nome da espécie é dado em homenagem ao Dr. Adolpho Lutz, que tanto tem contribuído para o desenvolvimento da Parasitologia no Brazil ” ( Neiva & Pinto 1923c: 75).
