3.1. Genetic polymorphism in populations of M. piriformes View in CoL . ITS-1

All analyzed ITS-1 sequences were identical. This supports, on one hand, the unity of M. piriformes as a species and, on the other, it justifies the affiliation of all the samples to the same species. P -distance between sequences of M. piriformes and closely related species M. pygmaeus was 3.75% (12 SNP, 1 indel).
