Biology. Xerothermic grasslands, sandy and ruderal habitats. Adults occur in IV–IX ( Dieckmann 1977). On Asteraceae : Artemisia campestris ( Hoffmann 1958; Smreczyński 1965; Dieckmann 1977; Wanat 1995; Mazur 2002); A. santonicum , Centaurea scabiosa , Tanacetum millefolium ( Solodovnikova 1963a) .
