( Figure 13 View FIGURE 13 A–B)
Epitettix torulosinota Zheng & Lin, 2016: 1-4 View in CoL [description] (holotype— ♂, China, Yunnan prov., Cangyuan County, in IZSNU, examined).
Type material examined. Holotype ♂ and paratypes 3♂ 1♀, China: Yunnan prov., Cangyuan County, Mengleng , 18 IV 2012, IZSNU.
Notes. The species is not an Epitettix -species because disc of pronotum is rough, with dense protuberances; anterior margin of fastigium of vertex is straight and not distinctly surpassing anterior margin of eyes. It belongs to Pseudepitettix Zheng, 1995 . Pseudepitettix torulosinota is easy to identify, disc of pronotum is rough, with dense protuberances; vertex is much wider than one of the eyes; upper margin of pronotum is slightly arc-shaped and uplifting before shoulders in profile; it is nearly straight after the shoulders.
Distribution. China (Yunnan).
