Remarks. Agrotis signata ( Köhler, 1945) is a junior secondary homonym of Agrotis signata (Boisduval, 1837) ; Köhler (1967) noticed this and proposed Agrotis preocupata Köhler, 1967 , as objective replacement name. Poole (1989), unaware of this amendment, propose Agrotis signatoides as objective replacement name for Agrotis signata (Köhler) too. San Blas (2014) transferred this species to genus Feltia , making Agrotis preocupata Köhler, 1967 and Agrotis signatoides Poole, 1989 junior objective synonyms of Feltia signata ( Köhler, 1945) (according to article 59.4 ICZN).
