Stem up to 50 cm, 4-angled, with crispate hairs and glandular hairs. Leaves lanceolate to ovate, dentate, cuneate at the base, subacute. Calyx 7-10 mm, green, densely and softly patent-hairy with smooth hairs, glandular. Corolla (20-)25-30(-35) mm, pale yellow, rarely lilac, with purple blotches. 2« = 1 6.
