Like 19 but usually larger and almost glabrous; stems up to 60 cm, glabrous; leaves up to 4 x 3 cm, ovate-oblong, deeply toothed or shallowly lobed, teeth or lobes obtuse; inflorescence very lax; calyx-teeth c. j as long as tube, ciliolate on the margins; corolla 14-17 mm.
