Remarks. Valid species described from Asian Russia ( Smirnov 1971). Camptocercus uncinatus was found by Subhash Babu & Nayar (2004), but Sharma S. (2008a) reported this species from Meghalaya and claimed that it is the first record from India.

Distribution. Widely distributed: southern Europe, Israel, southern Siberia ( Russia), North and Central Africa, Iraq, India, Guatemala ( Smirnov 1998), yet in need of revision.
