COMMENTS: The AMNH number of the holotype was given in the original description. There are two paratypes: AMNH 833347 About AMNH , adult sex?, collected in January 2000, prepared by Andrew Mack (no. 1218) ; and AMNH 836189 About AMNH , immature sex?, collected 11 August 2001, prepared by Andrew Mack (no. 1571), both collected by Don Hadden in the Crown Prince Range, Bougainville Island, North Solomons Province , Papua New Guinea .
