HOLOTYPE: AMNH 587778 About AMNH , adult male, collected in the East Murchison , Western Australia, Australia, on 24 October 1909, by F.L. Whitlock. From the Mathews Collection (no. 3902) via the Rothschild Collection.

COMMENTS: Mathews cited his catalog number of the holotype in the original description. The single specimen was among a collection made by Whitlock in the East Murchison and at Lake Way, cataloged by Mathews on 27 December 1909.
