Type host: Corvus coronoides macrorhynchos Wagler = Corvus macrorhynchos macrorhynchos Wagler.
Type locality: Malay Peninsula.
Type material: Holotype male and allotype female deposited in the NHML [slide NHML010672822 View Materials ] from the Meinertzhagen collection [4022] and five paratypes (three males and two females) also in the NHML [slides NHML010709092 View Materials , NHML010709094–96 View Materials ] .
