Current status: Corvonirmus uncinosus ( Burmeister, 1838) ; Gustafsson & Bush 2017: 195, 353, 355, figs 22, 319–326.
Type host: Corvus corone corone Linnaeus.
Type locality: Devon, England .
Type material: Holotype male [slide NHML 010672832] and allotype female [slide NHML 010672833] deposited in the NHML, from the Meinertzhagen collection [15262] and 55 paratypes (14 males and 41 females) also deposit- ed in the NHML [slides NHML 010672834, NHML 010709161, NHML 010709210–12]. Gustafsson & Bush (2017: 198) listed 17 paratype males but Ansari (1957a: 158) only designated 14 paratype males. Two paratypes (one male and one female) deposited in OSUS ( Gustafsson & Bush 2017: 198).
