Type host: Sturnus vulgaris humii Brooks.
Type locality: Faisalabad [as Lyallpur, Punjab], Pakistan .
Type material: Holotype female and allotype male deposited in the NHML, mounted on same slide with two paratype females [slide NHML010658232 View Materials ]. Other five paratype females also deposited in the NHML [slides NHML010658230 View Materials , NHML010658231 View Materials ].
