Diagnosis. Fulvius kerzhneri is classified in anthocoroides -group ( Gorczyca 2006). It can be distinguished from other members of the groups by the following combination of characters: body dark brown with large yellow areas ( Fig. 3 ); antennomere II with broad, yellow annulation apically ( Fig. 3 ); pronotum with calli weakly upraised ( Fig. 3 ); collar and posterior margin of pronotum yellow; inner margin of clavus and claval commissure, and claval vein yellow along entire length; medial fracture, R+M vein, and embolium yellow on basal half; apex of exocorium and embolium with large, yellow patch ( Fig. 3 ).

Material examined. ♀: ‘ Madagascar, 17–30.XII,2001 \ Tamatave distr. \ Andasibe env. \ J. Horák lgt.’ ( Fig. 7E ) ( ZJPC) .

Distribution. Central east Madagascar, Congo (Kinshasa), South Africa (Zululand).
