Material examined. 1 male (56.4 x 34.2 mm) ( DABFUK), Agatti, 6 January 2014 ; 1 male (52.2 x 31.7 mm) ( DAB- FUK), Kalpeni, 30 October 2013 ; 1 female (50.5 x 32.8 mm) ( DABFUK), Minicoy, 29 August 2013 .

Remarks. Previously recorded from Lakshadweep by Alcock (1894, 1896); Thomas (1969); Suvarna Devi et al. (2014); and Kumaralingam et al. (2017).
