DIAGNOSIS. Female (length about 1.0- 1.1mm): scape mostly orange to pale orange-brown; pedicel largely brown, funicle pale orange, clava pale brown; coxae white, fore femur and tibia white to pale orange; mid femur and with a brown subapical band; mid and hind tibia each with a subbasal brown band; gaster generally pale orange, sides, Gt2-Gt4 and apex of outer pate of ovipositor dark brown; hypopygium orange; frontovertex about 0.4X head width; antenna ( Fig. 206) with scape hardly more than about 4X as long as broad, F1 much narrower than pedicel, funicle with F1-F5 small, transverse, F6 larger and 2X as long as broad, linear sensilla only on F6; clava slightly longer than funicle and about 6X as long as broad; palp formula 3-2; scutellum ( Fig. 209) with 3 pairs of setae and with fine, polygonally reticulate sculpture that is clearly deeper than that on mesoscutum; fore wing with stigmal vein ( Fig. 208) slightly longer than postmarginal or marginal veins; mid tarsus with 5 ventral pegs; mid tibial spur slightly shorter than basitarsus; hypopygium nearly reaching apex of gaster; ovipositor about 3.1X as long as gonostylus with exserted part longer than mid tibial spur. Male: unknown.

Female (holotype): length, including ovipositor, 0.94mm; excluding ovipositor, 0.84mm (CPD).

Head dark brown to black with a weak to moderate metallic lustre; occiput with a weak brassy sheen; frontovertex largely with a weak coppery sheen, area around anterior ocellus metallic dark green; scrobal area, temple and gena relatively dull with a slight coppery purple sheen; frontovertex, gena and interantennal prominence with a few scattered, very inconspicuous, brown setae; maxillary palpus white; radicle dark brown; scape largely pale orange-brown narrowly margined dark brown, mixed pale orange externally and towards apex; pedicel brown proximally, apex and venter pale orange; funicle pale orange; clava pale brown; thorax dark brown to black with a metallic lustre; pronotum with a weak brassy sheen with copper, purple and dark green reflections; mesoscutum with a weak brassy sheen; tegula dark purple brown with a weak brassy sheen; axilla with a weak coppery purple and brassy sheen; scutellum much less shiny than mesoscutum, virtually matt, but with very weak coppery purple and metallic dark green reflections, extreme side and apex more shiny and slightly brassy; mesopleuron with a moderate brassy and purplish sheen; all coxae white; fore femur proximally white, distally very pale orange, tibia very pale orange, tarsus slightly dusky, pale orange; mid femur white in proximal 0.7X with a dark brown subapical band, extreme apex white, tibia white proximally to very pale orange distally and a narrow, subbasal, dark brown band, spur and tarsus very pale orange; hind femur with proximal 0.5X white, extreme apex white, otherwise dark brown, tibia white at extreme base, a narrow, subbasal, dark brown band, otherwise very pale orange, tarsus very pale orange, apical tarsomere slightly dusky; wings hyaline, fore wing with a very small, weakly infuscate area immediately below marginal vein ( Fig. 208); propodeum dark brown with a weak brassy and purple sheen, side more strongly coppery; gaster generally pale orange, dorsally slightly dusky with sides dark brown and Gt2-Gt4 brown medially, apex of outer plate of ovipositor dark brown; gonostylus slightly dusky pale orange.

Head about 2.4X as wide as frontovertex, in profile about 1.5X as high as deep, tangent to frontovertex forming an angle of about 105° with that of face; occipital margin sharp, not carinate; no distinct oval depression adjacent to eye near occipital margin; ocelli forming an angle of about 80°; frontovertex slightly wider in front of anterior ocellus, with fairly shallow, polygonally reticulate sculpture of mesh size subequal to eye facet and slightly deeper in ocellar area, shallowest above scrobes; temple and gena with relatively shallow, longitudinally elongate, fine, polygonally reticulate sculpture; top of scrobes with shallow, regular, polygonally reticulate sculpture; interantennal prominence and mouth margin with shallow, polygonally reticulate sculpture; scrobes shallow, indistinctly margined, broadly ∩-shaped; interantennal prominence dorsally acute; antenna as in Fig. 206; scape hardly broadened and flattened, about 4.2X as long as broad; funicle with F1-F5 small, subequal and slightly transverse, F6 conspicuously larger and about 2X as long as broad; clava long and slender with apex very slightly upturned, about 6X as long as broad, about 1.3X as wide as F6, slightly longer than funicle, sutures parallel, sensory area small, at apex only giving it a pointed appearance; eye slightly overreaching occipital margin, clothed with conspicuous setae, each about as long as diameter of facet; malar sulcus present, but indistinct; clypeal margin evenly very slightly concave, medially virtually straight. Relative measurements: HW 51, HH 39, FV 21, POL 9, OOL 3, OCL 3, AOL 6.5, EL 25.5, EW 23, MS 15.5, SL 23, SW 5.5.

Thorax ( Fig. 209) with pronotum hardly exposed behind head, its posterior margin broadly concave, not angular medially; pronotum with polygonally reticulate sculpture that is similar to that in ocellar area but clearly shallower; mesoscutum almost smooth, but with fine, shallow, polygonally reticulate sculpture; axilla with similar sculpture to pronotum, but slightly more transversely elongate; scutellum dorsally with fine, polygonally reticulate sculpture that is clearly deeper than that on mesoscutum or pronotum, extreme side and apex completely smooth and shiny; visible part of mesoscutum about 1.7X as broad as long; scutellum about 1.25X as broad as long and with 3 pairs of setae; mid tibial spur slightly shorter than basitarsus; hind femur about 3.8X as long as broad; mid tarsus with 5 ventral pegs; mid tibial spur slightly shorter than basitarsus; fore wing with venation and setation as in Figs 207, 208, stigmal vein slightly longer than postmarginal or marginal veins; propodeum ( Fig. 209) medially about 0.08X as long as scutellum.
