Female (holotype): length, including ovipositor, 1.43mm; excluding ovipositor, 1.39mm ( CPD) .

Head dark brown; area between occipital margin and posterior ocellus with a moderately strong metallic purple, green and blue sheen; area between ocelli and frontovertex relatively dull with a weak brassy sheen with weak purple and green reflections, more purplish immediately above scrobes; temple with a relatively strong blue-green and purple sheen, the purple continued behind eye to vertex; anterior part of gena similar to temple without conspicuous purple areas, posterior part similar but conspicuously duller; area above base of mandible coppery; area between eye and scrobe metallic purple, coppery and green; scrobes shining metallic green and coppery; interantennal prominence margined by a very narrow coppery line dorsally, below this metallic green, a wide purple and brassy area between toruli, this delimited below by a narrow metallic purple, blue and brassy line connecting lower margins of toruli, below this purple, mouth margin coppery; frontovertex clothed with inconspicuous, pale brown setae, these continued as a line below eye; gena and interantennal prominence with moderately dense, short, translucent setae; antenna ( Fig. 744) with radicle orange, dark brown on sides; scape mostly white to very pale, slightly dusky orange, ventral margin dark brown from base to widest part, dorsal margin dark brown, apex dark brown; pedicel and flagellum dark brown, almost black; maxillary palpus dark brown, proximal segments slightly paler brown; thorax dark brown, dorsally virtually black; pronotum and anterior half or so of mesoscutum more or less matt, but with a very slight silky sheen, posterior part of mesoscutum with a weak brassy lustre and distinct metallic, dark blue and purple reflections, anterior, part of mesoscutum with relatively sparse dark brown setae, this area delimited posteriorly by a narrow line of relatively dense silvery setae that runs subparallel to posterior margin of pronotum, posterior part of mesoscutum with only a single, submedian pair of dark brown setae; tegula dark brown with a slight brassy and purple sheen; axilla with dark brown setae; scutellum more or less completely matt with dark brown setae, subapical tuft black; mesopleuron anteriorly with a weak, mixed brassy, blue and green sheen, posteriorly with a distinct coppery sheen; legs almost completely brown to dark brown, mid tarsi orange-brown; fore wing ( Fig. 746) mostly infuscate, largely hyaline towards base; venation brown; propodeum dark brown, virtually black, medially with a weak purple and brassy sheen, area around spiracle with a metallic blue, green, brassy, coppery and purple sheen, 7 or 8 dark brown setae outside spiracle; gaster dark brown, mostly with purple, brassy, coppery and green reflections; visible part of gonostylus slightly dusky orange.
