Male (length about 1.0-1.1): antenna (Fig. 1925) with scape about 3.3- 3.7X as long as broad; funicle segments each about 1.5-2X as long as broad, proximal segments slightly smaller, aedeagus (Fig. 1924) slightly more than half a long as mid tibia.
Female (holotype): length, including ovipositor, 1.36mm; excluding ovipositor, 1.29mm (CPD).
Head mainly black with a relatively weak purple and dark green sheen; setae on frontovertex, interantennal prominence and gena dark brown; antenna (Fig. 1920) with radicle dark brown; scape orange, slightly dusky along dorsal margin; pedicel brown, orange towards apex and ventrally; F1-F4 brown, F1 slightly mixed orange, F5-F6 orange, F5 slightly dusky externally; clava brown; maxillary palpus white; pronotum black with a weak coppery and brassy sheen; propleuron and prosternum black; mesoscutum metallic green with some weak coppery reflections, more strongly coppery anteriorly; tegula dark purple-brown with some coppery reflections; axilla black with a very weak dark green and purple sheen; scutellum duller than mesoscutum, but with a moderate dark blue sheen with some coppery reflections, vertical apex and side, very shiny and metallic green mixed coppery; metanotum dark purple-brown, almost black; mesopleuron dark brown with a purple and blue sheen, with some coppery reflections; mesosternum dark brown; fore leg, including coxa, orange; mid coxa dark brown; mid femur proximally white, apex orange, tibia broadly white medially with a subbasal brown ring, otherwise orange, spur and tarsus orange; hind coxa dark brown; hind femur orange, brown towards apex, tibia and tarsus orange; wings (Fig. 1921) hyaline, venation orange; propodeum black with a brassy sheen, side metallic green anteriorly, otherwise coppery and brassy, a group of about 10 translucent, silvery setae anterolateral to spiracle; gaster dark brown, with a fairly strong brassy, coppery and purple sheen dorsally, Gt1 contrasting and strongly metallic green and brassy with some coppery areas, side of gaster brassy and coppery with some green reflections, venter slightly weaker mixed green, purple and blue, outer plates of ovipositor relatively dull coppery, purple and blue; gonostylus dark brown.
Head (Fig. 1917) about 3.7X as wide as frontovertex, in profile about 1.9X as high as deep, fairly evenly curved from occipital margin to top of scrobes, almost straight from top of scrobes to mouth margin, with interantennal prominence slightly protuberant; occipital margin sharp, carinate; ocelli forming an angle of about 80°; frontovertex slightly shiny, with fairly regular, moderately deep, polygonally reticulate sculpture of mesh size generally slightly smaller than eye facet; frontovertex with 3 setae in front of anterior ocellus, a line of sparse setae along inner eye margin continued along lower eye margin; temple and gena more shiny than frontovertex, with much shallower, longitudinally elongate, strigose to striate-reticulate sculpture; eye reaching occipital margin, naked, separated from scrobe by about diameter of ocellus, area between eye and scrobe with relatively course, transversely elongate, polygonally reticulate sculpture; scrobes very shallow, narrowly ∩-shaped, meeting, virtually smooth, weakly margined dorsally and laterally; interantennal prominence weak, rounded dorsally, with shallow, polygonally reticulate sculpture; antenna as in Fig. 1920; scape slightly broadened and flattened, about 4.3X as long as broad; F1 very slightly longer than broad, F2-F4 transverse, F5-F6 subquadrate, segments larger and broader distad; clava clearly broadened, slightly longer than funicle, sutures strongly oblique, sensory area enlarged, extending ventrally about 0.5X length of clava, apex strongly obliquely truncate; malar sulcus absent; clypeal margin weakly emarginate medially. Relative measurements: HW 72.5, HH 68, FV 19.5, POL 11, OOL 0.5, OCL 3.5, AOL 9.5, EL 46, EW 35.5, MS 27, SL 32, SW 7.5.
Thorax (Fig. 1916) in dorsal view with pronotum short, mostly hidden by head; pronotum dorsally with imbricate-reticulate to polygonally reticulate sculpture that is slightly shallower than sculpture on frontovertex, and of larger mesh; mesoscutum with mainly polygonally reticulate sculpture that is about as deep as that on pronotum; axilla with polygonally reticulate sculpture that is conspicuously deeper than that on mesoscutum and of slightly larger mesh; dorsal part of scutellum with sculpture similar to that on axilla, but slightly deeper and more regularly polygonal medially to more elongate laterally, vertical apex and side completely smooth and shiny; visible part of mesoscutum about 1.5X as broad as long; scutellum hardly broader than long; fore wing with venation and distribution of setae as in Figs 1921, 1923; ventral surface of costal cell with only a single complete line of setae; mid tibial spur about as long as basitarsus; propodeum (Fig. 1916) medially about 0.13X as long as scutellum, virtually smooth, but with a very few shallow, reticulate cells medially. Relative measurements: FWL 72.5, FWW 32; HWL 56, HWW 17.
Gaster with hypopygium reaching about 0.6X to apex; syntergum about 0.65X as long as mid tibia, with apex broadly rounded; ovipositor slightly exserted, the exserted part about 0.4X as long as mid tibial spur or about 0.1X mid tibia.
Paratype. Funicle with linear sensilla present only on F5-F6; mandible with two acute teeth and a truncate upper tooth; hypopygium Fig. 1919; ovipositor (Fig, 1918) with gonostylus about 0.8X as long as mid tibial spur. Relative measurements: OL 69.5, GL 20 [MT 63].
Variation. Females vary in overall length from 0.97-1.36mm, the paler part of the mid tibia may be pale orange, the hind femur may be completely orange, F1 may be quadrate, F5-F6 may be clearly transverse, the head varies from 3.2-3.7X frontovertex width and the ocellar angle may vary from about 80-90°.
Male: length 1.02-1.09mm.
Generally very similar to female but for colour of antenna and legs, structure of head, antenna and genitalia; scape mixed brown, fore coxa and all femora may be mixed brown, at least hind femur largely brown, hind tibia mostly brown; head (Fig. 1922) about 2.7X as wide as frontovertex, ocelli forming a right angle with posterior ocelli slightly closer to eyes than to occipital margin; antenna (Fig. 1925) with scape about 3.3-3.7X as long as broad; funicle segments each about 1.5- 2X as long as broad, proximal segments slightly smaller, clothed in setae that are at least as long as diameter of segments or a little shorter; genitalia (Fig. 1924) with a single apical hook on digitus, aedeagus slender with acute apex. Relative measurements: HW 65, FV 24, POL 12, OOL 1, OCL 2.5, AOL 8, EL 38.5, EW 29, MS 24, SL 23, SW 7; AL 36, MT 65.5.
