Charitopus View in CoL View at ENA sp. near apicatus (Mani & Saraswat)
Material examined. KSA: AL-BAHA: Qunfudah, i–iv.2011, (MT), Coll.: S. Qahtani (1 ♂, on slide, EH.1496) ( ZDAMU).
Comments. This male is very similar to the Indian species, Charitopus apicatus (Mani & Saraswat) . As noted by Hayat (2006), C. apicatus is misplaced in Charitopus and probably belongs to some other (undescribed) genus, but as females are unknown, it is considered better to leave the Saudi Arabian specimen unidentified.
