Material examined. 1 3, China: Manhanshan, Liangcheng (40°32΄N, 112°29΄E), Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, 1300 m, 8.viii.2002, coll. Dandan Zhang and Zhiqiang Li; 3 ♀♀, Mt. Qipan, Weichang (41°56΄N, 117°45΄E), Hebei Province, 16-17.vii.2001, coll. Yanli Du and Shulian Hao.
Diagnosis. Adult ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 1 – 4 ) with wingspan 18.0 mm. This species can be easily distinguished from other congeners by the vestigial uncus concave posteriorly, the relatively slender valva narrowly rounded at apex in the male genitalia ( Fig. 7 View FIGURES 5 – 8 ), and the signum is lute-like, with a long stalk in the female genitalia ( Fig. 11 View FIGURES 9 – 11 ).
Distribution. China (Inner Mongolia), Mongolia, Afghanistan.
