Current status. Leptacis insularis View in CoL
Holotype ♀, Madagascar (near), Île Glorieuse ( MNHN). Holotype by original designation and by monotypy. Labels. Isl. Glorieuse/ IX.1958 / R. Paulian lgt.; Leptacis ♀/ insularis n. sp. / L. Masner det., 1959; holotypus [holotype ♀].
Remarks. The holotype is card-mounted on its venter and is entire.
