Allopeas View in CoL View at ENA ? cf. acmella (Morelet, 1885)
Fig. 29 A View Figs 26–29 few shells found at two stations on Cabo Delgado are similar in size and proportions to the type of Stenogyra acmella Morelet, 1885 (4.50× 1.25 mm) from the area near Mayumba, West Africa, but acmella is umbilicate and does not have a sub-truncated columella. The shells from Cabo Delgado are also similar to Jamaican Leptopeas robertsi (Pilsbry, 1907) , but smaller than that species, which measures 4.9× 1.3 mm. Thus, the identification of these shells remains tentative until the comparison with the types of all small subulinids can be made.
