Material examined. 1 ♀ ( BMNH): Cotype [p, rounded with yellow margins] / Mont. Togo, Klouto, 800 m [hw] / IFAN 1950, Togo, 3-VI, A. Villiers [p, hw] / Omotrachelus togoanus, Mshl., COTYPE ♁ [hw, Marshall´s handwriting] .
Remarks. This species was described from 3 males, from Togo, Mt. Togo, Klouto, vi.1950, A. Villiers leg.
