Distribution: — BOLIVIA: Chuquisaca, Tarija. Scrub vegetation; 1300–2000 m elev. Also known from northern Argentina.
Representative specimens examined: — BOLIVIA. Chuquisaca: Boeto, 3 km below Nuevo Mundo towards Río Grande, 2000 m elev., 17 March 1996 (fl), J.R.I. Wood 10874 (K, LPB). Tarija: O’Connor, river gorge just W of Narvaez and San José or road from Tarija to Entre Rios, 1850 m elev., 22 January 2000 (fl), J.R.I. Wood & D.J. Goyder 15848 (K, LPB).
