Distribution: Nearctic and Neotropical ( Argentina, Bahamas, Belize, Bolivia, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, United States, Guatemala, Jamaica, Mexico, Netherlands Antilles, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Trinidad & Tobago, Venezuela, Virgin Islands).
