Material: Holotype, male: Hegina, Ishigaki Is., OKINAWA, 28. V. 1976, T. Takahashi ( NIAES); 1 ♂: “ Philippines, Luzon , Bulacan, Aug. 2013 ” ( DUBC).

Distribution. Japan (Ryukyu Islands); China (Guangdong) ( Zhao & Tian 2010); Taiwan ( Terada & Wu 2014). First citation for the Philippines (Luzon Is.).

Systematic notes: This species is the type species of the subgenus Paramimocolliuris , characterized by the occurrence of two additional setae on the head and its distribution was only in Japan, China and Taiwan.
