15. Pseudacteon yunnanensis View in CoL sp. nov.
( Figs. 19A–F View FIGURES 19 , 26A–B View FIGURES 26 )
Diagnosis. Female. Apical seta of palpus shorter than maximum of palpus; tarsomere 5 longer than tarsomere 1; setal palisade 2/3 length of mid tibia; setulae below basal half of hind femur shorter than those of anteroventral row of outer half; tergite VI reduced to a narrow anterior strip in middle but each lateral quarter bears 3–4 short setulae in transverse row; sternite VI large both sides and thin in middle, with 3–4 long and strong setae each side; dorsum of oviscape 7–8 minute setulae each side.
Female. Body length 1.01–1.05 mm. Frons ( Fig. 19A View FIGURES 19 ) brown, with 16–20 setulae. Supra-antennal setae as strong as adjacent frontal setae, upper pair being higher on frons than lower fronto-orbital setae. Lower interfrontal seta directly under lower fronto-orbital seta. Second row of frontal setae slightly concave, with upper interfronal setae further each other than either is from upper fronto-orbital seta. Flagellomere 1 brown and subglobose. Palpus brownish yellow, with 6 long setae, apical one shorter than maximum of width of palpus. Labrum and labella pale yellow.
Thorax brownish yellow, but scutum and scutellum darker. Scutellum with two pairs of setae, posterior four times length of anterior. Legs brownish yellow. Ratios of lengths of fore tarsomeres about 0.77: 0.64: 0.60: 0.56: 1, with all five bearing a posterodorsal seta palisade ( Fig. 19C View FIGURES 19 ). Setal palisade extends 2/3 of mid tibia ( Fig. 19D View FIGURES 19 ). Setae below basal half of hind femur a little shorter than those of anteroventral row of outer half ( Fig. 19E View FIGURES 19 ). Wing ( Fig. 19B View FIGURES 19 ) length 1.05–1.07 mm, width 0.53–0.54 mm, width/length 0.50. Costal index 0.37–0.38. Costal ratios 1.86: 1. Costal cilia 0.042–0.044 mm long. Costa with 12 dorsal setulae. Alula with 2–3 setae. Veins brown, membrane brownish gray. Haltere brown.
Abdominal tergites brown and tergites I–V with sparse minute setulae on posterior margins. Tergite VI ( Fig. 26A View FIGURES 26 ) reduced to a narrow anterior strip in middle but each lateral quarter bears 3–4 short setulae in transverse row. Venter pale brown. Sternite VI ( Fig. 26B View FIGURES 26 ) large both sides and thin in middle, like an eye glass, with 3–4 long and strong setae each side. The dorsum of the oviscape with 7–8 minute setulae each side ( Fig. 19F View FIGURES 19 ).
Male. unknown.
Distribution. China (Yunnan).

Remarks. The new species is similar to P. linzhiensis sp. nov., it differs from the latter by shorter second section of costa and shape of sternite VI.
