Diagnosis. Male imago: 1) membrane of forewings hyaline, wing bases brown; 2) abdominal terga orangebrown, posterior margins blackish ( Fig. 28); 3) apex of penis lobes rounded, each with a lateral groove ( Fig. 47). Adapted from Spieth (1943).

Geographical distribution. Brazil: states of Bahia, Maranhão *, Mato Grosso, Pernambuco, and Roraima.
