Type locality: South Africa, Eastern Cape Province, Pirie forest .

Material examined. SOUTH AFRICA: Eastern Cape: 4 ♂, 1 ♀: Nquadu-ind. forest , 31°25.6–8’S, 28°45.2’E, 16.i.2016, J. Janák lgt. ( JJRC) .

Distribution. The subspecies is hitherto known from Western Cape and Eastern Cape provinces.
