Comments: A female labeled “Fiebrig San Bernardino” in the Naturhistorisches Museum, Vienna that Hendel misidentified as A. parallela (Loew) is presumably the basis for the record of A. parallela in Hendel (1914) . To our knowledge the latter species does not occur in Paraguay. The specimen reported by Greene (1934) is A. elegans Blanchard ( Stone 1942) .
