Like 18 but stipules larger, c. 4 mm wide, and less fimbriate, or only dentate; flowers larger; petals very wide, pale blue or whitish, the lower deeply cupped; spur very stout, whitish; stigma with a tuft of hairs. Woodland, or in shade among rocks. S.E. Europe. Bu Gr RmRs (K) Tu.
