Type data. Holotype larva ( B 66467 -2) from Hyperacrius fertilis (True) , PAKISTAN: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province, Mansehra District, Kaghan Valley, 28 July 1964, coll. R. Traub. Paratypes: 22 larvae from H. fertilis , Apodemus sp. , and Alticola roylei (Gray) , PAKISTAN, June–September 1963, July–September 1964, coll. R. Traub and J. J. O’Keefe. Holotype is deposited in USNM. Paratypes are deposited in IMR, BMNH, and other depositories.

Type material examined. Paratype larva (No 366929-13) currently deposited in ZMMU, from Apodemus sp. , PAKISTAN: Kaghan Valley , Shogran, Makara Mt, 21 September 1964 .
