Type data. China, Yunnan Province, from Neotetracus sinensis Trouessart .

Remarks. L. neotebraci differs from L. xishani in the presence of 4 (vs. 6) setae in 4 th row and in shorter legs (Ip = 729–814 vs. 886–975) only. These differences can be a case of intraspecific variation. Further study on the relationships between these two species is desirable.
