11. Tachycines (Tachycines) yanlingensis View in CoL sp. nov.

Description. Male. Body small to medium sized. Vertex of head divided into conical tubercles. Legs elongate and slender; fore femora about 1.5 times as long as the pronotum, beneath unarmed, internal genicular lobe with a small spine, external genicular lobe with 1 elongate movable spur; fore tibiae ventrally with 2 external and 2 internal spurs. Mid femora with an elongate movable spur on the internal and genicular lobe, ventrally unarmed; mid tibiae ventrally with 2 external and 1 internal spur(s). Hind femora ventrally with 1–2 inter spines and without outer spines; hind tibiae above with 34–36 outer and inter spines respectively, arrange in groups. Super internal spur of hind tibia longer than the dorso-apical spine of metatarsus. Hind metatarsus keeled below. Epiphallus of male genitalia with the upper end slightly notched, the 2 lobes of epiphallus rather long ( Figs. 29–30 View FIGURES 29–31 ).
Female. Subgenital plate with small apical projection in the hind margin ( Fig. 31 View FIGURES 29–31 ). Ovipositor longer than the half the length of the hind femur.
Coloration. Body yellowish brown. Face with 2 dark longitudinal stripes. Fore and mid legs brown with dark annular stripes, hind femora with brown irregular stripes, genicular lobe rather dark.
Measurements. (length in mm) Body ♂ 8.0–10.0, ♀ 11.0–13.0; pronotum ♂ 5.0–5.5, ♀ 5.0–6.0; fore femora ♂ 7.5–8.5, ♀ 7.5–8.5; hind femora ♂ 17.5–18.5, ♀ 15.0–17.0; ovipositor 9.5–10.5.
Material examined. Holotype, 1♂, Nanfengmian, Yanling , Hunan, 2016-VI-11 ~18, collected by Jiang et al. ; paratype, 11♂♂ 6♀♀, same data as the holotype .
Distribution. China (Hunan).
Diagnosis. This species is rather similar to T. (T.) incisus sp. nov., but differs from the latter in that: hind tibiae above with 34–36 spines on each side; epiphallus of male genitalia with upper end concave ( Figs. 29–30 View FIGURES 29–31 ); female subgenital plate with hind margin projected ( Fig. 31 View FIGURES 29–31 ).
Etymology. The specific epithet refers to the Yanling district where this species occurs.
