Euseius finlandicus (Oudemans)
Seiulus finlandicus Oudemans 1915: 183 .
Euseius finlandicus, De Leon 1966: 86 View in CoL ; Moraes et al. 1986: 41; 2004: 66; Chant & McMurtry 2005b: 215; 2007: 121 Euseius pruni Oudemans 1915: 183 View in CoL (synonymy by Oudemans 1930; Westerboer & Bernhard 1963).
Previous records. Algeria, Angola, Argentina [unspecified location ( Cunliffe & Baker 1953)], Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Byelorussia, Canada, Caucasus Region, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Iran, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Mexico, Moldova, Montenegro, The Netherlands, Nicaragua, Norway, Poland, Russia, Scandinavia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine and USA.
Remarks. No additional specimens of this species were found in this study. The only record of this species in Argentina was presented by Cunliffe & Baker (1953), and it has never been reported from any other countries in South America. Given its considerable similarity with other species in this genus, it seems that the record of those authors for Argentina could represent a misidentification.
