1906 Stenocypris derupta n. sp. — Vávra: 413 –438.

Material examined: Eighteen female valves from QH2, one female ( ECNU 20170414HN3/06) stored; three female valves from SY3; four female valves from 11SY2; two female valves from 11SY3; one female from 11WZS3.

Dimensions: Female, LV, n = 1, length 2.528 mm, height 0.869 mm; RV, n = 1, length 2.314 mm, height 0.841 mm.

Distribution: In China, this species has been found in Hubei ( Chen 1956), Jiangsu ( Yu et al. 2005), Jiangxi ( Zhang et al. 1994) and Zhejiang ( Ma & Yu 2018). This species was found in Qionghai, Sanya and Wuzhi Mountain on Hainan Island.
