Label data: G. maranona ♂ Type Scudder; Peruvian Marañon; Scudder’s Type 1875; S.H. Scudder Coll.; Type 8738 (on red). Conservation status: Good condition. Remnants of fungi on the specimen. Specimen locality: Peru, Peruvian Marañon. Additional notes: Three specimens with same label data. Leptocurtilla maranona is new combination of Neocurtilla maranona (Scudder, 1875) . Here designated lectotype. Mentions of the specimen in literature: Scudder (1875).

2. Leptocurtilla maranona (Scudder, 1875) Paralectotype ♀ ( Fig.7 View FIGURE 7 )

Label data: G. maranona ♀ Type Scudder; Peruvian Marañon; Scudder’s Type 1875; S.H. Scudder Coll.; Type 87383 (on red). Conservation status: Good condition. Remnants of fungi on the specimen. Specimen locality: northeast Peru, Río Marañón drainage. Additional notes: Leptocurtilla maranona is new combination of Neocurtilla maranona (Scudder, 1875) . The original type series comprises 2 male and 2 female (syntypes). Mentions of the specimen in literature: Scudder (1875).

3. Leptocurtilla maranona (Scudder, 1875) Paralectotype ♀ ( Fig.8 View FIGURE 8 )

Label data: G. maranona ♀ Type Scudder; Peruvian Marañon; Type 87384 (on red); S.H. Scudder Coll.; Scudder’s Type 1875. Conservation status: Poor condition. Left hind leg missing; tegmina damaged; remnants of fungi on the specimen. Specimen locality: Peruvian Marañon. Additional notes: Leptocurtilla maranona is new combination of Neocurtilla maranona (Scudder, 1875) . Mentions of the specimen in literature: Scudder (1875).
