Description. MALE. Length 4.0 mm. Head and mesosoma black, metasoma dark castaneous. Wings subhyaline.
Clypeus with median lobe subtrapezoidal, lateral margin convex, apical margin not thick in frontal view, medially with narrow polished area; median carina complete, straight in profile. Frons strongly coriaceous, punctures little distinguishable from texture surface. Vertex almost straight. Notaulus present on anterior half of mesoscutum. Scutellar disc somewhat sharpened posteriorly, overlapping propodeal disc anteriorly, lateral border straight ( Fig. 6 View FIGURE 1 – 9. 1 – 4 ). Propodeal disc with partially polished median depression, surrounded by sharp and high paramedian carina, median carina conspicuous and incomplete. Hypopygium ( Fig. 21 View FIGURES 10 – 22 ) with posterior margin straight, with small median excavation. Genitalia ( Figs 63–65 View FIGURES 63 – 71 ). Paramere slightly narrow. Basal parameral expansion conical with apical spine. Basivolsella with spine-shaped median expansion, ventrad. Aedeagal ventral ramus very short, laminar, surface concave, progressively narrowing apicad. Aedeagal dorsal body with three pairs of apical lobes, outer pair laminar, surface vertical, apex narrow and slightly ventrad in lateral view; ventral pair laminar, surface vertical and concave, apex with spine-shaped corners in lateral view, ventral one twisted and dorsal one straight; inner pair membranous, hairy.

Material examined. Holotype ♂, CENTRAL AFRICAN REPUBLIC, Prefecture Sangha-Mbaéré, Parc National de Dzanga-Ndoki, 38.6km 173°S Lidjombo, 2°21.60’N 16°03.20’E, 350m, 24-25.v.2001, S. van Noort, Malaise trap, CAR 01-M202, Lowland rainforest ( ISAM).
Etymology. This species is named Michael Olh, for his contribution on the study of Spheciformis wasps.
