Diagnosis: Nesticus is similar to Aituaria Esyunin & Efimik, 1998 and Carpathonesticus Lehtinen & Saaristo, 1980 , but can be distinguished from Aituaria by the following characters: 1, the embolus long, thin, without modified apex, but the embolus wide, with modified apex in Aituaria ; 2, the paracymbium distally entire in Nesticus , but more pointed in Aituaria ; 3, epigynal plate wide posteriorly in Nesticus , but wide anteriorly in Aituaria . It can be distinguished from Carpathonesticus by the following characters: 1, the embolus long in Nesticus , but short in Carpathonesticus ; 2, the median apopysis moderately long in Nesticus , but compact in Carpathonesticus ; 3, the paracymbium distally entire in Nesticus , but paracymbium with a simple, pointed tip in Carpathonesticus ; 4, epigynal plate wide posteriorly in Nesticus , but wide anteriorly in Carpathonesticus (Le Peru 2011, Esyunin & Efimik 1998).
