Sticholotis morimotoi Kamiya, 1965: 110 ; Sasaji 1967: 14; 1971: 74.
Diagnosis. This species is similar to S. formosana , but it can be distinguished from the latter by the relatively small body size, black pronotum and anterior elytral spots nearly rounded. In S. formosana , the pronotum and lateral margins of elytra are reddish and anterior elytral spots are distinctly transverse ( Kamiya 1965; Sasaji 1971).
Specimens examined. None.
Distribution. China: Taiwan; Japan.
Remarks. This species was described from Ryukyus Island and the type specimens are deposited in the collection of the Entomological Laboratory, Kyushu University, Japan.
