Distribution. India: Meghalaya ( Lahiri & Biswas 1979, as Psylla viburni ), West Himalaya ( Mathur 1975, as Psylla viburni ); Nepal ( Mathur 1975, as Psylla viburni ).
Host plant. Viburnum sp. ( Adoxaceae ).
Comments. According to the description of Mathur (1975) the Indian populations differ from European ones and may represent a different species.
