Distribution. India: Dehradun ( Mathur 1975, as Psylla sp., p. p.).

Host plant. Pyrus communis , P. pashia , Sorbus cuspidate , Stranvaesia nussia (Rosaceae) .

Comments. The material listed by Mathur (1975) under Psylla sp. from Sorbus cuspidata and Stranvaesia nussia probably belongs to a different species than that from Pyrus spp.
