Diagnosis

Shell ovate, broad, spire high and broad, apex blunt, whorls rather flat, aperture regularly ovoid, narrow, peristome continuous, parietal lip well developed, covering umbilicus, outer lip simple.

Type material

Type locality: ‘ in einer Quell bei Lustthal ’ in Schmidt (1847); ‘ bei Lustthal (= Dol, about 15 km north of Ljubljana), Slovenia ’ in Boeters (1970); StudenŠčica, a small spring in the Dol village, about 15 km northeast of Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Distribution

Endemic to southern Slovenia and neighbouring areas of Croatia.
