Diagnosis

Shell relatively minute, narrow, turriform, spire high and narrow, apex blunt, whorls rather flat, body whorl of nearly the same breadth as penultimate one, aperture with angle at right upper side, protruded, peristome continuous, parietal lip well developed, covering umbilicus, outer lip simple.

Type material

Locus typicus: ‘ In Krain, am Grosskahlenber (= Šmarna Gora), in Quellen ’, in Küster, 1852; a small spring in Tacen, at the border of this village, on its boundary line toward the Šmartno village , at the foothill of Šmarna Gora, northwest of Ljubljana, Slovenia .

Distribution

Endemic to western and southern Slovenia and the upper Kupa/Kolpa River drainage areas in Croatia.
