Previous records in Rio Grande do Sul. Ilópolis and Putinga ( Gonçalves et al., 2013).

Comments. This species was described from specimens collected in the “Serra do Japi ” ecological reserve, state of São Paulo, Brazil. The first record in Rio Grande do Sul state was on yerba mate ( Ilex paraguariensis St Hil ) by Gonçalves et al. (2013).
