Diagnosis (Modified from Townes 1970 and Kasparyan 2007). Fore wing 5.0 to 10.8 mm. Clypeus weakly convex, approximately 2.2 to 2.5 × as wide as long, anterior margin blunt medially, sharp laterally. Mandible stout, upper tooth longer and wider than lower tooth. Marla space 0.6 to 1.0 × as long as basal width of mandible. Flagellum short, second flagellomere 1.6 to 2.3 as long as maximum width. Notaulus absent. Areolet absent. Longitudinal carinae of propodeum usually present, costula absent. Latero-median carina of first tergite absent or indistinct. Setae on hypopygium slanted backward.
