TL: India, Bengal, Pusa [now in Bihar].
Distribution: India (Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Karnataka , Punjab, Uttarakhand); Nepal; Sri Lanka; Thailand ( Robinson et al. 1994).
Host: Larvae have been reared from stems and leaves of Justicia gendarussa (Acanthaceae) ( Meyrick 1920; Fletcher 1932; Diakonoff 1982).
Illustrations: Adult and genitalia ( Clarke 1958: 464; Rose et al. 2005: 272).
