Material examined.3, Vietnam, Mt. Lang Bian, 1500–2000 m, 19. V.–8. VI. 1961, N. R. Spencer;Ƥ, Dalat, 1500 m, 26. IX. 1960, J. L. Gressitt.

Diagnosis. Head with very short poc; frontalia with dark brown median stripe; mesoscutum with six brown stripes (median stripes along dc-lines, sublateral ones just inside of sa-lines, lateral ones from postpronotal lobes to notopleura), and wing (5.1 mm long) with dark brown marking on apex (about 1/4 as long as wing length).

Description. Male genitalia are described for the first time: epandrium large; surstylus conical, bearing 12–18 spine-like setae and some setulae on inner apical part; cerci separated, bearing three long apical setae; proctiger 480 µm long, V-shaped, strongly chitinized on both distal apices; hypandrium ( Figs 42, 43 View FIGURES 42 – 47 ) 360 µm long, V-shaped, with ventral lobe small; pregonite membranous, with two setae; postgonite with three long setae and minute spinules on apex; phallapodeme ( Fig. 43 View FIGURES 42 – 47 ) 750 µm long, basiphallus short, mesophallus 240 µm long and cylindrical, distiphallic tube 480 µm long and with slender sclerites on lateral sides.

Distribution. Myanmar, Vietnam (new record).
