( Figs 26–33)

Female. Holotype. Length ( Fig. 26) 1.16 mm. Head honey yellow. Antenna dark brown except radicle and scape yellow, pedicel brown, F5, F6 and clava white. Mesosoma largely yellow; pronotum yellow with dark brown streak medially; sides of mesoscutum pale white; axillae honey yellow; scutellum pale yellow with sides and anterior margin honey yellow; metanotum honey yellow; propodeum with area between submedial carinae honey yellow. Legs, including coxae, yellow. Brachypterous form, forewing shortened, hyaline, with venation slightly brownish basally. Metasoma in basal one-third pale yellow to white with side margin dark brown, rest of the metasoma dark brown, ventral side largely pale yellow to white.

Head ( Fig. 27), in frontal view, 1.02× as broad as high; frontovertex width 0.47× head width, frontovertex with polygonal reticulate sculpture; eye height 3.44× as long as malar space. Maxillary palp 3-segmented; labial palp 2- segmented. Mandible tridentate. Antenna ( Fig. 28) with scape long and slender, broadend in basal half, 5.8× as long as broad; pedicel 2× as long as broad, distinctly longer than all funicular segments individually; F1 and F2 slightly longer than broad; F3–F6 subquadrate, slightly broader than long; F2–F6 each with one longitudinal sensillum; clava 3-segmented, 2.5× as long as broad, subequal in length to preceding four funicular segments combined. Relative measurements (from card, at 60×): head frontal height (width), 37 (38); frontovertex width, 18; (from slide, at 100×): POL, 4.5; OOL, 3; OCL, 2.5; AOL, 3; (from slide, at 100×): eye height, 31; malar space, 9; mouth fossa width, 15; torulus length (diameter), 5 (3); torulus-mouth margin distance, 0; inter-torular distance, 7; antennal segments length (width): scape, 23 (4); pedicel, 6 (3); F1, 4 (4); F2), 5 (4.5); F3, 4 (5); F4, 4 (5); F5, 4 (5); F6, 4 (5); clava, 15 (6).

Mesosoma ( Fig. 31 View FIGURES 29–33 ). Mesoscutum 1.5× as broad as long, sides with white setae, scaly polygonal reticulate sculpture ( Fig. 32 View FIGURES 29–33 ); notaular lines incomplete and straight in anterior half; axillae with same sculpture as on mesoscutum; scutellum ( Fig. 33 View FIGURES 29–33 ) with elongate reticulate sculpture; propodeum 0.72× scutellum length. Forewing ( Fig. 29 View FIGURES 29–33 ) hyaline, 4.3× as long as broad with apex rounded, venation reaching the anterior wing margin. Hindwing ( Fig. 30 View FIGURES 29–33 ) 1.67× as long as broad; disc invariably broad distally with round apex. Mid tibia 7.8× as long as mid basitarsus, mid tibial spur subequal in length to mid basitarsus. Relative measurements (from slide, at 100×): mesosoma length, 60; pronotum length (width), 9 (26); mesoscutum length (width), 17 (26); scutellum length (width), 18 (15); propodeum median length, 13; forewing length (width), 35 (8); mid tibia length, 39; mid basitarsus length, 5; mid tibial spur length, 5.

Metasoma ( Fig. 31 View FIGURES 29–33 ). Gaster oval, distinctly longer than mesosoma; ovipositor 0.69× mid tibia length. Relative measurements (from slide, at 100×): metasoma length, 67; TVII length, 19; TVII width (between cercal plates), (16); ovipositor length, 27.

Type material examined. Holotype, ♀ (on slide under 4 coverslips, slide No. EH.2245), INDIA: KARNATAKA; Bengaluru, Hessaraghatta, Fisheries division, 26.iii.2014 ( YPT), Coll. K. Veenakumari. ( NBAIR, Registration No. ICAR/ NBAIR / EN 204 ).

Paratypes. 4 ♀. 1 female same data as for holotype ( NBAIR, Registration No. ICAR/ NBAIR / EN 205 ) ; 2 ♀, KARNATAKA: Bengaluru, Hessaraghatta, Fisheries division, 18.iii.2014 ( YPT) ( ZDAMU) , 1 ♀, 27.iii.2014 ( YPT), Coll. K. Veenakumari ( ZDAMU, registration No. HYM. CH.778) .

Host. Unknown.

Distribution. India: Karnataka.

Etymology. The species name derived from the colour of funicular segments, F5 and F6 are white, therefore named as bi = two, albi = white, funiculus = funicle.

Comments. Sakencyrtus bialbifuniculus sp. nov. comes close to S. albiclavus Hayat in having similar funicular configuration and body sculpture but differs from that mainly in having following characters: scape 5.8× as long as broad, F5 white, clava 2.5× as long as broad; forewing 4.3× as long as broad, gradually narrowing beyond venation and with apex rounded; venation complex reaching the anterior wing margin; hindwing apically broadened and bulb-like; mid tibia 7.8× as long mid basitarsus; ovipositor 0.69× mid tibia. In S. albiclavus : scape 5.25× as long as broad, F5 dark brown, clava 3× as long as broad; forewing 3.8× as long as broad, narrowing distally and with apex pointed; venation complex does not reaching the anterior wing margin; hindwing wedgelike; mid tibia 6.6× as long as mid basitarsus; ovipositor 0.90× mid tibia.
